The Replacement Hardware for Aries Automotive Grille Guard part # AABRKT-2059 does come with the left and right side.

The Aries Grille Guard that fits a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser is the part #AA2059 which is what the bracket kit part #AABRKT-2059 is designed to fit. That means it would fit and work well on your vehicle.
