The Swagman E-Spec 2 Bike Rack # S94FR with the separate Fat Tire Adapter Kit # S64679 fits tires up to 5 inches wide. This bike rack is designed extra sturdily so that it can be attached to your motorhomes and fifth wheelers while also having they weight capacity of 70 lbs each for your heavy e-bikes. I made a video of it on an RV if you want to check out how it looks and works, especially with its special RV bolt install on this bike rack.
A creative solution I've seen work as well is to use an RV Cargo Carrier instead and then mount a bike inside it. You can use the etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV - 500 lbs - # e96ZR then use something to hold it upright or install a fork mount like The Claw Fork Mount Bike Carrier # S64700.
