Yes, you can use the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W in your 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty that has the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck/Installation Kit # BWGNRK1116-5W.
The Companion will fit perfectly and give you the best towing setup available for your Ford F-250. The only other thing you may need if you don't have one is a 5th wheel wiring harness, the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness for Aluminum Truck Beds # C57010.
