Will this replacement cover fit 1998 chevy c series with extang express frame. 78inch bed. Also does this cover have velcro or snaps on it?

For your 1998 Chevy C series with Extang Express Soft Tonneau Cover EX50540, you will want the Replacement Tarp for Extang Express Soft Tonneau Cover # EX49540. This tarp has Velcro closure.
