Bike Rack for E-Bikes With Fenders & Step-Through Frame on Motorhome
Question:
I am trying to make the right decision regarding a back rack for our 2 Blix Vika folding bikes. Our RV has a rear slide out so I would like a rack that tilts. The videos I see for Swagman or KUAT racks show the locking system attaching to either the top frame or tires. Im not sure where I would attach and locking arms on our bikes as they do not have a top cross bar and have fenders above tires. Thank You

So since you are carrying your bikes on a motorhome, you will need a bike rack approved for use by the manufacturer on the back of a motorhome due to it being a rougher, bouncier ride.
We do have one bike rack that is approved for use on a motorhome, can carry your 55 lb e-bikes, and is compatible with bikes that have fenders and a step-through frame, the Swagman Current 2-Bike Rack # S64678.
This is a frame-mounted bike rack, so because you have a step-through frame you will also need the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005.
The adapter bar will attach between your seat post and handlebar stem to allow the mounting hooks of the Current to secure your bikes. The Current has a 60 lb per-bike weight capacity, folds down like you were wanting, and has locks to secure the rack to the hitch and your bikes to the rack, protecting your investments.
I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well of the Swagman Current 2-Bike Rack # S64678.
