I did a little research and found that the Curt # C13282 hitch is a confirmed fit for your 2017 Lexus RX450H. I have attached an install video for you. I like that the hitch is almost entirely hidden and keeps the back of your Lexus looking sleek.
I have two hitches that are a confirmed fit for your 2015 Nissan Leaf. One is a Curt # C11396, 1.25" x 1.25" Class I hitch supporting up to 150 pounds tongue weight. (Check your vehicles limits as well.) The other is an EcoHitch # 306-X7221 supporting up to the Leaf's limit of 200 pounds tongue weight. I recommend that you purchase the EcoHitch as its 2" receiver has more stability for accessories like bike and cargo racks. It also has higher cargo weight limit to get the full capacity of your Leaf and there are more accessories made for 2" receivers.
If you tow with the Lexus you also need a trailer lights wiring harness. For the Lexus you need to determine if it is prewired for a tow package. I have attached a video for the Curt wiring harness with the factory tow prewired. At the 1:00 mark it shows the location of the prewired plug. If your Lexus has this plug you want the Curt T-Connector Wiring Harness # 56083. The Curt connector plugs directly into OEM tow package port - no cutting, splicing or tapping required. If the Lexus is not prewired for tow then you want the Tekonsha T-One harness # 118255. I have attached a video for it as well. Then you need to select a ball and ball mount. I have attached links to articles that help you make that selection.
If you tow with your Leaf you also need a trailer lights wiring harness, ball, and ball mount. With your hitch install you will be working in the same areas that the wiring harness installs, so this would be an ideal time to install one. I recommend the Curt # C56227 wire harness. The T-connectors on this harness make installation easier.
