The Titan Hydraulic Brake Kit - Free Backing # T4071600-500 will fit so long as your drum is 10" diameter x 2-1/4" wide, and you have a 4-bolt brake mounting flange.
This is a pretty common set up so it will likely fit but you'll want to make sure, and these brakes will also work with either a 14 inch or 15 inch wheel like you have. These brakes are for a 3,750 lb axle and would only require Mounting Hardware # BRKH10A.
I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well of the Titan Hydraulic Brake Kit - Free Backing # T4071600-500.
