Ball Mount Recommendation for 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid
Question:
Do you sell a hitch like you 2753, but with more rise? Thank you for your time and assistance.
asked by: Rick W
Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite # 2753 will give you just shy of 3 inches of rise. The next step up from that as far as rise goes would be the Curt # D-28 which would give you 4 inches. You'd also need a # PC3 hitch pin. For almost 5 inches of rise, use the Draw-Tite # 40346 along with the same hitch pin.
Keep in mind that the hitch and the trailer coupler height do not need to be exactly the same, but the closer you can get, the better. If you can get within 1-2 inches, that's plenty close enough.
