Connector for Optronics Flexible LED Light Strip
Question:
We are looking for led lights that we can add under our 20ft. awning on our 2013 Fleetwood. I think we may need two sets and a connector. Also looked like you offer a connector with power connection which would allow us to use the remaining section of the second set elsewhere. How can we tie into an existing exterior light on RV without drilling a hole in side? Thanks

Expert Reply:
For an LED light strip you can use the 17 foot Optronics Flexible LED Light Strip # UCL90CB.
Since you mentioned you needed two of these - which can be cut to length - you will also need the connector, which is the Optronics LED Light Strip Connector # A90P1B.
In regards to where you can tie into an existing light, these do have to be tied into a 12 volt power source. So unless you have some sort of exterior 12 volt power source on your RV that you can tie these into, you will likely need to drill a hole.
