Replacement Roof Vent Lid For a 2002 Palomino Pinto

Question:

Can you advise which white dome I should replace the attached one with? Am I better replacing just the dome or would you advise whole vent? No leaks. Who is the manufacturer of this vent? This is from 2002 palomino pinto-CA Thx in advance.

It appears you possibly have a Ventline on your 2002 Palomino. If the base is not cracked or brittle and its not leaking you should be good with just replacing the cover. I recommend the vent Cover for Ventline Old Style Rounded Dome Trailer Roof Vents - White Item # Item # BV0554-01. I have hands on experience with replacing vents on a lot of different campers here and I would advise putting LaSalle Bristol XTRM Universal Self-Leveling Sealant - White - Qty 1 Item # 34427034145-1 around the bottom edge of the vent housing where it is screwed down to the roof. You want to make sure you cover the screws and the edge. This will prevent water from potentially getting under that edge and leaking into your roof.
