Is this a direct Replacement for my High Pointe Model: EC942K1W and does it come with instructions for removing the old and mounting the new?

The Furrion Over the Range RV Convection Microwave # FMCM15SS will easily replace the High Pointe model you have now. It comes with mounting instructions but does not come with instructions on how to remove your old microwave.
