Will the Thule Sidekick Fit on My 2008 Chrysler Pacifica with Factory Roof Rack

Will this fit on my 2008 Chrysler Pacifica? It does already have roof racks. Thank you.

I spoke to my contact at Thule and, the TH78GC Sidekick will most likely mount to your factory roof rack as long as you have two cross bars and they will adjust for the following measurements that are required for mounting the cargo box. The Sidekick needs 23-5/8 inch minimum spacing and 28 inch maximum spacing of cross bars front to back on your vehicle. The sidekick also requires 14-3/8 inch mounting width and 7-1/2 inches of rear clearance. There are four fixed holes for mounting u-bolts in each mounting location for adjustment within the dimensions stated above.
