I have a solution but the Curt 4 Bike Platform Rack # C18087 has a weight capacity of 45 lb per bike and will not be able to accommodate your 53 lb e-bike. It is always suggested to remove your battery during transport. This is to take stress off of the battery but also to save weight. If removing your battery puts you below 45 lb you will be able to use this rack. If that doesn't save enough weight we have several options that will work. There isn't a wheel base kit available to increase the capacity.
If you want a 4-bike bike rack the Thule T2 Pro HTR 4-Bike Platform Rack # TH69TX is a really good option. It allows you to carry 4 e-bikes up to 60 lb each. It comes with locks for both your hitch and your bikes. This also comes in a 2-bike version # TH83JV.
If you are only carrying your bike and one other the Swagman Current 2 Bike Platform Rack # S64678 is a great option for e-bikes. It has a weight capacity of 60 lb per bike and comes with locks for each bike and to secure the bike rack to your vehicle.
