Mud Flaps for a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn without Fender Flares

Question:

My 2012 Ram 1500 Bighorn doesnt have full fender flares, but does have small bolt on plastic protectors near the bottom of each fender. Assume this is Rams way to protect when there are no mud flaps. Which mud flaps do I use? Will i need to remove theses factory protectors?

I looked at some pictures of the 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn and I believe I see what you are talking about. So you would go with mud flaps that are designed for trucks without fender flares. That little trim piece may need to come off though for a proper fit. I have included a link to the mud flaps that will fit on models without fender flares for you to view.
