Which Circuit of 2018 Jayco Seismic Powers the Observation Camera Setup

Question:

Replaced Furrion camera with new camera and monitor set. Camera works when plugged in to the cigarette lighter dongle. Blue light on camera does not come on when mounted on the 5th wheel. Tried it while connected to the truck and without. Camping World said they would have to troubleshoot. Five hour minimum charge so about $700. Your thoughts. Am I missing something simple?

Are the running lights working on the trailer currently? That's the circuit that activates the camera so that would be the first thing to check. If that circuit is working but you are not getting power to the camera still the issue would be the connection between that circuit and the power wire of the camera. I'd be shocked if this would take 5 hours to get to the bottom of...
