What Hitch Two Bike rack do you Recommend for my Womens and Childs Bikes with Locks

Question:

Im trying to pick a bike rack and it is proving to be much more challenging than I thought. Can you recommend a rack that has the following features: - 2inch Hitch mount - 2 bikes - a childs bike with a fender and wheels with a 19inch diameter and a womans bike with tires with a 26inch diameter - not sure if it matters but I am attaching pictures of our bikes - Tilt feature to allow hatch access - foldup feature - lock for hitch and bike - anti sway - anti rattle -lightweight and easy to attach and remove Thanks

The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2 Bike Platform Rack part # HR1450Z meets all of your requirements and will serve you well. It does weigh about 54 lbs so its a bit heavy but a good one.

I also like the Swagman XTC-2 TILT 2-Bike Platform Rack part # S64671 which weighs in around 30 lbs. and has the rest of the features you're looking for except locks which can be added with the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks part # S64031.
