Ladder Rack for 2009 Ford F150 That Does Not Interfere with Inside Mounted Tonneau Cover

I have a 2009 Ford F150 XLT with 66inch bed - no flare. Im looking for a truck rack that will mount on the top of the bed rail so I can install an inside mount soft roll up tonneau cover. can you tell me how this rack mounts?

Although the fasteners of the Pilot # CG-902 attach to the top of the bed rail, the mounts will extend over to the inside of the bed rail, and would interfere with a inside mount tonneau cover.

The Access Adarac, part # A70490, will mount to the top of the bed rail, leaving room for an inside mounted tonneau cover. This ladder rack would be the most economical option, and since Access actually manufactures tonneau covers, you can be assured it would be compatible.
