The Sportrack Explorer and the Karrite Explorer are the same cargo box, so the Replacement Locks and Keys, # SR03807 and the Replacement Latch, # 03347, will fit on your cargo box.

The Replacement Locks and Keys set includes two locks and two keys. The Replacement Latch contains one latch. We also carry replacement mounting hardware as part # TH02943. All of these items are available together as a kit with part # SR05587.

I have an explorer karrite and I lost the key. The lock had the number 2862 on it. Do you know what is the number for the replacement key, so u can order it. Please let me know. Thx

Hi i was looking for a new lock and keys for a Karrite Expedition Thule cargo roof box carrier. I lost my key and had to drill out the lock.

For a replacement lock and key you can use part # SR03807. If your lock set came with the locator then that can be replaced with part # TH03808 as well.

looking for key replacement for Karrite Voyager lock 2824 you have something that would fit? also looking for u bolts for this item that are a little bit longer that I have which is 3 by 1 5/8 ideally would be 3 by 2. Any thoughts?

For a replacement key the part # THKEYN2824 will work perfectly (Thule is who made the Karrite boxes). We do have longer U-bolts, but they would all require new holes to be drilled into the box. The Thule # TH02943 is 2" tall but 4" wide (on center).
