The correct Brake Controller Wiring Harness for the 2014 Ford E350 would be the Tekonsha # 3034-P. If the van has the facotry 7-way, the install is plug and play.
If the Van doesn't have a factory trailer connector, the plug under the dash won't be present and you'd need to hardwire the controller using the # ETBC7 brake controller install kit and a # 118551 wiring harness. I've linked you to an install video.
