Roof Rack and Cargo Box Recommendation for 2019 Toyota 4Runner Limited

Hi, I have a 2019 4Runner Limited with factory installed side rails. Would these crossbars work and what would be some options for large hard top cargo carriers that wouldnt hit the fin or hatch when opened? Thanks!

Yes, the Malone AirFlow2 roof rack part # MPG215 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for the factory raised rails of your 2019 Toyota 4Runner. The Thule Force XT part # TH6357B would be a great choice to fit this rack and could easily be positioned so that it wouldn't hit the rear antenna fin/hatch.
