Hi , I have a 70 lb fat tire ebike with 4 inch tires i need a rack , which should i buy? on a budget...350 max +/- ...low to the ground its going on a slightly jacked toyota pickup. AND ..Can i just not install the second half of a 2 bike system...

I can certainly respect the fact you have a budget, though to carry a 70 lb electric bike with fat tires there are very few options, and you won't be able to install the second half of a 2-bike system. The most economical of those is the Swagman E-Spec Electric Bike Rack # S94FR with Fat Tire Adapter Kit # S64679
