Are you asking about the Companion or the Patriot ? (I see you'd looked at both).
For the Companion, you'd want to use the # BWGNRK1116-5W install assembly that would also allow you to tow gooseneck trailers as well as 5th wheels.
If you were referring to the Patriot, the B & W Patriot bracket/rail kit for your 2019 F-250 is part # BWRVK2402, however the Patriot is industry standard bed rail compatible, which means you could use any industry standard bed rail compatible bracket/rail kit. Because the B & W kit is pretty reasonably priced, and uses the same tough powder coat finish B & W uses on their hitches that's what I'd recommend. The kit will not require any drilling into the truck frame, although you will need to drill through the bed floor to connect the frame brackets to the bed rails.
If you don't already have a 7-way installed in your truck bed you can do so using part # 50-97-410-010, you can see an install video by using the provided link.
