Does RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit Lift Unloaded Suspension
Question:
I had my local Ford dealer install the RAS94FR kit I recently purchased from you. After picking the truck back up Ive noticed a fairly high rise in the rear bed of the truck. Is it typical for there to be such a noticeable raise in the rear? If yes what on average might I expect as your literature and description mentions no such expected results. Also if this is atypical and incorrect what is the probable cause in such a case, assuming its an installation mishap?

A little bit of suspension lift after installing a RoadActive Suspension kit part # RAS94FR is normal but it really depends on the tension setting of the spring. If it's cranked down hard and giving the suspension a lot of additional support that will translate into more of a lift on the suspension. I'd start by lowering some of the tension out of the RAS to lower the lift unless you are okay with it and were just wondering if what you have is normal or not.
