Helpful Expert Reply:
The Curt # C13383 that you'd looked at would be an excellent choice for carrying bike racks. Curt does a great job with their powder coat finish which is why I typically recommend their hitches over their competitors. For bike racks, the hitch has a 400 lb tongue weight capacity which will handle the weight of your bikes and bike rack perfectly.
If you could reply and let me know how many bikes you'll be carrying, and what types of bikes they are, I'd be happy to recommend a bike rack for you.
