Yes the Thule Passage 2, # TH910XT and Passage 3, # TH911XT, will fit the 2011 Hyundai Elantra Sedan or Touring models. I have linked a video review and the instructions for you to view.
If you will be carrying womens, childrens, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend using the bike adapter bar, # TH982XT, for greater ground clearance and to carry the bikes more level. I have linked a video that shows how the adapter works.
