The HydraStar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Triple Axle Trailers part # HSE7K-TR1SO is an excellent option to add disc brakes to a triple axle trailer. The 14125A outer bearing tells me you have a 5,200 lb to 7,000 lb axle so the above kit should work just fine. That said, in order to prevent any potential issues with the hub lining up with the rotor, the part # HSE7K-TR1 would be a safer bet.
