It sounds like you're looking for a 5th wheel hitch and underbed rail kit for your 2018 Ford F-150. When it comes to fifth wheel hitches that have a dedicated underbed kit for your truck, the best available solution is the B&W Turnoverball Custom Underbed Installation Kit # BW77FR in order to give you the clear truck bed when you're not towing. This kit can also be used as a gooseneck hitch if needed.
Once you've got the under bed kit you'll want to use the # B&W # BWRVK3400-5W (for 6-1/2 foot bed) or the B&W # BWRVK3500-5W (for 8 ft bed), which are the two hitches available to fit in the Turnoverball underbed kit. B&W makes arguably the best 5th wheel hitches on the market and their dual jaw design helps make 360 degree contact with the kingpin for less rattled and better security.
I've linked some video reviews on these parts for you to have a look at, as well.
