Can B and W Patriot Hitch Fit Demco GM Rail Kit Adapter DM6206
Question:
I have a Demco platform 21k in 2019 GMC. I’m looking at buying a Patriot 16K B and W hitch will this pin right to my demco?

As long as the B and W Patriot hitch is the fixed hitch like # BWRVK3255 and not the slider it will fit the GM rail kit adapter part # DM6206 that you referenced having in your 2019 GMC Sierra 2500.
