We wouldn't be able to advise on used hitches we don't sell, but I can offer you the correct 5th wheel base rails and installation kit for your 2010 Ford F-350. I highly recommend the custom option because it does not require any drilling into your frame rails to install. This is not only great for your truck but also means the installation is going to be simpler and take much less time than a universal kit.
