Recommended Brakes, Hubs, and Tires for Timbren 5200 lb Axle-Less System
Question:
Hi, rebuilding my small dump trailer and looking at Item # ASR5200S01. I would like to buy the hubs, rims and tires and would like electrical breaks. Could help me find what I need? I would like the wheels size to be as small as they can be to handle 5000lbs. My current tire size is 205/65/10 but I am assuming I will need to go bigger than that... Thanks

The Timbren Axle-Less Suspension - Spindle Only - Regular Tires - 5200 lbs # ASR5200S01 will use the 12 inch electric brakes and hubs so you are correct the 10 inch tires won't fit.
I recommend brake assembly # AKEBRK-6 and hub/drums # AKHD-865-7-2-EZ-K. These will fit the spindles you referenced. The smallest compatible tires will be 16 inches based on the capacity. The tires that are the smallest as you recommended are 30.78 inches in diameter. They are the Castle Rock ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 16" Silver Mod Wheel - 8 on 6-1/2 - Load Range E # LHACK133.
