I recommend using the Curt # 13389 because of the quality of the powder coat on the Curt hitches compared to some of the other available hitches. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and is a confirmed fit on the 2007 Chrysler Town and Country models with the Stow-N-Go seats.
If you're going to be towing a small trailer with this hitch, you'll also need a wiring harness, ball mount and hitch ball. For a wiring harness I recommend using the Tekonsha T-One # 118300 because of the reliability of the Tekonsha converter boxes. This harness will easily tee into your vehicle's existing wiring and provide you with a 4 way trailer connector to power your trailer's lights.
To complete your towing package I recommend using the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which comes with 2 ball mounts for varying rise/drop situations, 2 hitch balls (1-7/8" and 2"), plus a hitch pin, clip and carrying bag.
I've linked some installation videos that will help if you're going to be installing all of this yourself, as well as our returns policy to help answer those questions.
