The very best option is the B&W Companion Sliding 20K 5th wheel hitch, part # BWRVK3400-5W. B&W is known for their high quality and durability. The Companion hitch uses 1 inch thick jaws that hold the trailer's king pin super tight, which prevents most of the clattering and banging experienced with lower quality hitches. The hitch also features a non binding latch handle that allows you to easily operate the hitch even when you're on uneven terrain. The hitch mounts to the vehicle using the B&W Turnover ball gooseneck hitch, part # BWGNRK1320-5W. This setup provides two pretty huge benefits. When the hitch is removed, the bed is completely free of obstructions as opposed to rail mounted kits. Have you ever raked mulch or gravel out of a truck bed with the rails? It's not fun. Benefit number two, you can also tow a goosneck trailer.
For a less expensive rail mounted option, you could go with a rail mounted hitch like the Curt A20, part # C16541. The A20 offers ride quality that's pretty close to the B&W, due to its overlapping hitch jaws that contact the king pin all the way around its circumference. The A20 also features a torsion dampening hitch head that further reduces noise and road shock. For the rail/bracket kit, use # C16427-204.
Finally, to install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed, you can use # C56000. I'll link you to some product description and install videos that you might find useful.
