The Dexter 13-143 E-Z Flex equalizer had a 7-3/4 inch bolt hole to bolt hole dimension, you'd need the equivalent replacement with the same dimensions, part # K71-655-00 to retain your present suspension geometry. As you can see in the product reviews, the Dextere E-Z Flex is very highly rated by our customers.
