Yes, all of our trailer hitches come with all of the hardware needed to install them. For your 2020 Honda CR-V I highly recommend going with the etrailer Trailer Hitch # e98848 because it's the only option that has a matte black finish. This not only matches the trim style of your vehicle but it actually does a better job of protecting the trailer hitch than the glossy black finish does on the other hitches available. If your CR-V has the hands free liftgate then the only hitch that won't block the sensors is the Draw-Tite # 76128.

If you are planning on towing a small trailer with your CR-V, then you will also need a wiring harness. I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Harness # 118741. This is a plug and play harness that will make installation easier. I have linked an install video that you can review.
