I'll start by saying that yes, it is possible to use a residential faucet in an RV, but there are some things to note. For starters, RV faucets such as the Patrick Distribution RV Kitchen Faucet # 277-000404 will typically use fittings beneath the knobs/handles that are made to be compatible with the hoses that are standard in RVs and 5th wheel trailers.

Faucets that are intended for residential use may have the same fittings in certain cases, but it's also possible that the fittings it uses will not fit properly because they're designed to work with residential plumbing lines.

If you're looking for something different than the # 277-000404 mentioned above, I've linked our entire selection of bathroom faucets for you to have a look at.
