Since you're needing to transport 3 kayaks weighing a combined total of 190 lbs you're going to need to use a watersport trailer to accomplish this. All of the roof racks that fit your 2010 GMC Yukon XL have a max weight rating of 165 lbs. Even without adding the weight of the actual kayaks carriers you will be well over this.
For your application I recommend using the Malone MicroSport Trailer for 4 Kayaks # MPG462G2 because it comes with everything you need to carry up to 4 kayaks weighing 75 lbs each. Instead of having to piece everything together you get everything you need in 1 kit, plus you get an extra kayak carrier in case your trip would call for a 4th kayak. I have attached a review video for you to check out.
Your Yukon XL should be fit to tow a trailer so the only other thing you'll need is a ball mount like the kit # 989900.
