Which Trailer Hitches Fit a 1990 Ford F-150

We have a number of hitches that could fit your 1990 Ford F-150. I like Curt hitches because of their thicker powder coat compared to other brands. It depends on which frame and which rear bumper your truck has as to which is the correct Curt hitch:
Standard or step bumper models use part # 14001
Deep drop bumper models use part # C15511
Cab and chassis models use part # 13028
Also, if you need a 7-way wiring harness you can hardwire in part # 20023. Or if you only need a 4-way you can plug in part # HM40125.
