Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13505 which is an excellent bolt-on, assembled in USA option for a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe will fit models with a full size spare tire. The spare will need to be lowered for installation but it can be raised back up into position when done.
If you'll be towing then don't forget the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118473 and the etrailer Ball Mount part # 989899.
