Thule does list the Passage 2 bike rack # TH910XT as a fit for the 2010 Mazda CX-7. But, if the vehicle has a rear spoiler it is considered as a not fit application for trunk mount bike racks. I have included instructions and a video for you to view.
If you will be carrying womens, childrens, or alternative frame bikes I recommend using the bike adapter bar # TH982XT for greater ground clearance and to carry the bikes more level. I have included a link to a video that shows how the adapter works.
