Recommended Air Compressor Kit with Tank for Firestone Air Bags On 2020 GMC Sierra 3500
Question:
I saw in one of your videos that you can add a 3 gallon air tank to the system. Do you sell a kit for this addition ? I currently have a compressor and air take for some air horns can I run the air bags off my installed air tank or does it need to come directly off a compressor ?

The Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Air Helper Springs part # F2709 are an excellent option for a 2020 GMC Sierra 3500. In order to control the airbags from the vehicle without the need to find an external air source you'll need to add an on-board compressor. The air compressor kits can also come with a tank which means you can store air so you don't have to wait for the air compressor and you can also use this stored air for other things such as airing up tires. The Air Command II Compressor System w F3 Wireless Remote part # F2592 which comes with a 2 gallon tank is what I recommend. This is the largest tank we offer in a kit. I have attached an install video I did of this very same kit as well.
In regards to using an existing air tank and compressor, this is possible but it's not something we can help you with and you'd really need to know what you are doing in order to make it work. There would be tons of miscellaneous fittings and pieces you'd need to source on your own in order to make work.
