Recommended Trunk Mount Bike Rack for 2016 Kia Sedona

Question:

i have a 2016 Kia Sedona mini-van. i am looking for a trunk mounted 3 bike carrying rack. can you recommend the best rack for this vehicle...trying to keep cost under $300. Thank you in advance.

The wind deflector mounted atop the roof at the top of the hatch opening prevents many of the available trunk mounted racks from installing on a 2016 Kia Sedona. One of the exceptions is the # HRF2-3 Over-The-Top from Hollywood Racks. This rack is specifically designed to work around that deflector/spoiler by using the roof rack or the roof side rails that a rack attaches to as the top supports. The spoiler/deflector isn't capable of bearing the weight from a rack and the bikes loaded on it, which is why you'll want to use this specific bike rack, which is why a typical rack like # TH88VR wouldn't work well.
