Can a 2019 Toyota Rav4 Be Flat-Towed
Question:
Can it be modified so all 4 wheels can be on the ground when towing with my motor home

Expert Reply:
The only way to flat-tow a 2019 Toyota Rav4 if it is FWD is with a tow dolly, the Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly with Disc Brakes part # DM9713045 is what I recommend because it has a folding tongue so it will have a nice compact storage at the campsite. The tow dolly method is going to be much easier on the vehicle and would require far less modifications if any at all. If the 2019 Toyota Rav4 is AWD then it must be towed on a trailer.
There is no way to modify the vehicle to be flat-towed with all four wheels down nor does anyone make the parts needed to do so.
