For a trailer hitch and wiring combo on your 2016 Buick Enclave I recommend the Draw-Tite # 75528 along with a T-One harness; part # 118270 for a 4-Way or part # 118271 for a 7-Way.
The hitch (which comes with all the mounting hardware) is the only one that comes with a bracket that makes attaching your wiring connector easier and look more clean, and the T-One harnesses are the most reliable plus they come with relays and fuses to get all of your wiring up and in order. To attach these to the hitch you'll need part # 18144 for the 4-Way or part # PK12711U for the 7-Way. I have attached installation videos for you to check out.
To complete a towing setup you also need a ball mount kit. I recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900 because it includes two ball mounts, one with a 3/4” rise/2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise/4” drop, a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip. You will want to refer to the attached ball mount article to ensure that this kit is correct for your towing application.
