The difference between the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs is that part # SSR-106-40-1 is rated for 2,600 lbs and part # SSR-106-47-1 is rated for 4,600 lbs. For a Ford E-450 Motorhome with 12,000 Lb GVWR I recommend the latter, part # SSR-106-47-1 which is rated for 4,600 lbs
