I checked with Thule and confirmed they do not make a TracRac SR or TracRac G2 Sliding Ladder Rack for the 2017 Toyota Tundra Crew Max with the 5.5 ft bed. Therefore, there isn't a Base Rail fit for it.

For your Tundra with the 5.5 ft bed, Thule offers the following ladder rack solutions:

Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum - 450 lbs - # TH500XTB (black) or # TH500XT (silver)
T-Rac Pro2 Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Full-Size Pickups - Fixed Mount - 1,000 lbs - # TH37002XT

These are all fixed racks though, which is all that's available for your 2017 Toyota Tundra Crew Max with the 5.5 ft bed.
