How To Install the Universal LED Tailgate Fire Strip On Truck with Spare Tire Access Under Tailgate

Question:

Will your 60 tailgate light bar stick to my plastic trim on my tailgate? I have the spare tire crank in the middle of the area where it should go. Thanks,

The Universal LED Tailgate Fire Strip Brake, Tail and Turn Lights part # TLB-001 will stick to plastic so long as it is clean you will be fine but the warmer the better in regards to adhesion. However, the metal section of the body above the bumper and below the tailgate is where I recommend. In regards to the spare tire access hole, the light strip is actually sectioned into three pieces so the space between two of the strips should match up perfectly with the spare tire access hole.
