Can Thule Hullavator be Left in Lowered Position
Question:
With Hullavator’s open cradles, my car can not enter my garage. But after unloading, I can keep both cradles in lowered vertical positions and move my car into garage. My question is whether I can keep both cradles in this position for a long period time several day? I am not able to put cradles back into their original flat horizontal on crossbars position due to low garage ceiling. Is there a concern that keeping cradles on the side of my car while in lowered loading / unloading position would put too much pressure on the springs?

There's no time limit for having the Thule Hullavator part # TH898 in the lower position. If you wanted to leave them down so that you could keep the rack installed while the vehicle is parked that would be fine.
