We have just what you're looking for with the Curt # 13077 which is a concealed cross tube design hitch and has been confirmed as a fit on the 2015 BMW X5 with the M Sport package. This hitch will mount behind your bumper so that only the receiver is visible and provides you with a 2" receiver that is perfect for towing or carrying hitch mounted accessories. This hitch will not interfere with the backup sensors on your bumper, but you will likely need to disconnect them during installation of the hitch and then reconnect when putting everything back together.
If you're going to be towing with your new hitch you will need a wiring harness, ball mount and hitch ball to complete your towing setup. For wiring, I recommend using the Tekonsha # 119250KIT because the Tekonsha converter boxes have proven to be a bit more reliable over time. This will provide you with a 4 way connector plug to power trailer lights when towing without even splicing into your current wiring. For a ball mount and hitch ball I recommend using the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 since it comes with 2 ball mounts of varying rise/drop, both 1-7/8" and 2" hitch balls, plus a hitch pin, clip and carrying bag to keep everything stored when it's not in use. This is especially helpful if you might be towing different trailers.
I've linked some installation and review videos of these parts for you to have a look at, as well.
