Since the 2017 and 2019 BMW X5 are from 2 different generations, unfortunately there are enough differences between the 2017 and 2019 model years that a hitch from the 2017 model year wouldn't fit on a 2019.
The Curt # 13077 is indeed a fit for the 2017 model, but they don't offer one for the 2019. For the 2019, you'd use the Draw-Tite # 76288.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll need a trailer wiring harness, a ball mount and a trailer ball. For wiring, I'd recommend the # 119250KIT. For the rest, go with the # 989900 ball mount kit, which includes 2 ball mounts, a 1-7/8 and a 2 inch ball and 2 hitch pins.
I've linked to an installation video for the wiring harness. The video shows the install on a 2012 model, so the wire colors would likely be different on a 2019 model, but the video should still be helpful in that it runs down how to test for wire function.
