The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11497 is a confirmed fit for a 2007 Subaru Impreza. It is rated for 200 lbs tongue weight but won't allow for the 2 inch opening for your motorcycle carrier. Using an adapter would reduce your capacity by 50%, and would also need to include the carrier weight. With your dirt bike weighing around 190 pounds, we do not have a cargo carrier option that would allow you to stay within the weight capacity of the trailer hitch.
The next best solution is to use a small trailer like the Detrail K2 # K2MMT4X6. This will require a ball mount like # C45521, hitch ball # A-82, pin and clip # F-4, and a wiring harness like # C59496.
